This role oversees a distinguished cluster of Class A+ residential properties, requiring a strong leader with a proven track record in high-end property management.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full scope of property operations, including financial oversight, team leadership, leasing performance, resident relations, and maintaining the highest standards of property appearance and functionality. This is a hands-on leadership role in a luxury residential environment, requiring a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of Class A+ residential properties
Lead, train, and support on-site teams to achieve performance goals
Maintain high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies
Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
Foster a community culture aligned with the client’s premium brand

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Class A or A+ properties
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results
Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Professional demeanor appropriate for high-end clientele
Texas Real Estate License preferred, but not required
