Mortgage Branch Manager

SecurityNational Mortgage Company is seeking a Mortgage Branch Manager in Miami, Florida.

SNMC is leading the way in the mortgage industry by empowering Branch Managers and Loan Originators with unlimited innovative tools and resources helping them increase business.

This is a full time position with benefits and no cap on compensation. Branch Managers are in charge of control of choosing their own compensation.  

We have an established and exclusive preferred relationship with agents at the largest real estate brokerage firm Nationwide in addition to having established preferred relationships with top producing teams, agents and residential builders throughout Florida.

Mortgage Branch Managers will be responsible for directing sales activities and originating residential mortgage loans; ensuring profitability, market growth, compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures; deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and promote the SecurityNational brand.

Requirements
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Active Florida Mortgage Loan Origination license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Leadership/management skills
- 3 years of current residential mortgage loan origination experience
- Strong mathematical, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- Experienced working in Encompass
- CRM experience
