Middleeast - Commissioning Specialist

Experience : Minimum 15 years’ experience in Refining Operations, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Console Operator

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:

1.       Ability to pass company’s COBRA test as well as Simulator testing for the assigned unit.

2.       Demonstrated console and outside operator expertise for the assigned unit.

3.       Significant supervisory experience in the pre Commissioning and Commissioning of process unit/systems in the downstream oil and gas facilities, including Utility units, Hydro-processing units, Sulphur Recovery with associated units, Hydrogen plants & Distillation units.

4.       Write and/or review and correct the Commissioning procedures for assigned units.

5.       Assist the SIMOPS coordinators on requirements for the assigned unit,

6.       Potential need to provide support to operations (at the end of the Commissioning of assigned units) in the full start-up
