Member Experience Manager

Anytime Fitness is seeking a certified personal trainer who wants more than a paycheck, you truly want to help people get better by getting them to a healthier place. You also want to head up the personal training/coaching team of a growing gym.You’re willing to start small and grow with the gym, sharing in the financial success you’ve helped to create. You have exceptional customer service skills and know that successful gyms find unique and meaningful ways to continually delight their members. Keeping members happy by helping them achieve the results they want is your #1 priority. We are looking for a Member Experience Manager (MXM) to work closely with the Owner and Manager to build something great. The MXM will head up our member training/coaching program.

Compensation is competive the personal training national average and is combination of base rate and comission (for conducting personal training sessions).

If interested, you must have coaching/training experience and be self motivated with the ability to motivate others.


Qualifications to include:

• Personal Trainer, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Experience as a Personal Trainer
• Proficient in Windows based operating systems (Word, Excel, Windows, etc)
• ability to coach others
• good verbal and written communications skills
