Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Admin to handle the front desk administrative responsibilities for this growing office. This person must be dependable, hardworking, customer service friendly, and extremely organized. 

Snapshot of Daily Duties

· Answering phones

· Greeting clients

· Emailing prospective clients

· Upholding security guidelines

· Entering data into EMR

· Managing daily schedule

· Maintaining filing system (both electronic and physical)

· Assisting in the onboarding process

· Overseeing building maintenance (some light cleaning as well as putting in reqs for maintenance)

· Benefits checks

· Assisting all departments as needed

· Running occasional errands

The Must Haves

· Strong Admin background- preferably in a medical environment

· Previous customer service experience

· Communication skills- both written and verbal

· Ability to multitask in a high stress, fast paced environment and have great follow through

· Must be a quick learner and adaptable 

· Experience working in an EMR- CentralReach preferred but not required

· Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office

· Drivers License with a clear MVR
