Medical Assistant

Lincoln Tech's Somerville, MA campus is looking for Medical Assistants to teach the next generation of frontline health workers.

Lincoln Tech has transitioned specialists with no teaching background into successful educators. We will provide you with ongoing training and the tools needed to conduct our curriculum. This position reports to the Director of Education.

What You'll Do

• Lead students in Medical Assisting courses based on Lincoln Tech's established curricula
• Demonstrate medical assisting expertise in our fully equipped facility
• Instruct students about safety and monitor for compliance
• Evaluate student performance and provide encouragement towards success
• Maintain a focused and engaged learning environment
• Report to Director of Education

• 3+ years of experience
• EKG and Phlebotomy Certifications
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred or willingness to obtain, CMA or CCMA
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which will require some evenings
