Job duties include cutting and displaying fresh meat and seafood products, rotate, stock, and provide quality products that meet the customer’s needs, and to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also be responsible for our House Bacon and Sausage production which includes curing, drying, and smoking
Nature and Scope: Primary emphasis in this position is to meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat and seafood cutting and preparation to ensure maximum department sales, product availability, and provide the highest level of customer service. This position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt courteous service, knowledge of retail cutting techniques, following food safety regulations, standing, and operation of grinder and meat saw.
We are open Monday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 11am-6pm
