MEADOW, NATIVE, WILDLIFE & POLLINATOR LANDSCAPE STEWARDS

We are building a team to support our clients' meadow, native, wildlife, and pollinator gardens -- currently, about 4 acres and growing. Our clients are converting large areas of lawns to healthier landscapes. We need a dedicated team of passionate plant lovers to make this happen!
 

MEADOW, NATIVE, WILDLIFE & POLLINATOR LANDSCAPE STEWARDS -- Beyond typical garden and container planting and care tasks, you will also:

• Observe and document plant communities
• Recommend and acquire plants
• Nurture plants for transplanting into gardens
• Plant these glorious gardens
• Collaborate with our partners (e.g. BestBees, Irrigation, Invasive Plant Management)

The ideal candidates will have professional fine garden experience and a background in horticulture. However, we are happy to train candidates with a strong work ethic, a passion for working with plants in beautiful landscapes, and enthusiasm to learn.

Gardens by the Yard, is the only landscape design, build, and maintenance company in the Greater and MetroWest Boston area that has won the Angie's List Super Service Award 12 years in a row. Based in Natick, we work in: Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, Wellesley, Newton, Brookline, and Lincoln.

Our starting pay is $20-25 depending upon experience. All candidates must be physically fit, enthusiastic about learning, work well as a team member, and enjoy working outside. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone with texting. Full and Part-time positions available.
