Integrated Mathematics Teacher - Career and Technical Education

TERMS:
10 months, Full-time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified in Mathematics 7-12 or eligible to receive New York State teacher certification in Mathematics 7-12.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Plans and provides for appropriate Mathematical experiences in support of Career and Technical Education students aligned with NYS Learning Standards. Responsible for co-planning and co-teaching with CTE instructors to deliver commencement level curriculum throughout each of the programs. Successful candidate will possess strong classroom management skills, develop positive student/teacher relationships, and utilize creative and flexible instructional practices.
SALARY/BENEFITS:
Starting salary $52,991 - $79,266 per year. Competitive pay and benefits based on BOCES Teachers’ Association (BTA) contract.
