Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated professional to help us promote our retail brands in the Healthcare and Consumer Markets, while concentrating on expanding our new Independent Agencies Network.

If you have experience maximizing efficiency and closing deals, we want you to apply for our Marketing Specialist position. In this exciting position, the majority of your monthly income will be generated from leads we give you. All you will need to do is provide each person inquiring the information they are requesting in a timely and professional manner, and then work with them so they can make a well informed decision on becoming a Licensed Agent. As such, we are looking for a talented and patient professional who puts communication skills as a priority for his or her marketing approach. Furthermore, you should have a firm understanding of both marketing and sales principles.

Job Responsibilities

• Take incoming requests for information about our Independent Agency opportunity, and respond with the information requested. 
• Call, email and/or fax information to Doctors and Retail Merchants to make them aware of our company and the financing options we can provide to their clients.
• Design marketing campaigns to generate interest in our financing product lines.
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets and manage the implementation of such assets.
• Create calendar of marketing events, including product launches, news interaction, blog posts, and other campaigns.
• Support and or become a brand ambassador which may require speaking at events such as Medical Conventions or Boat Shows. 
• Interview potential marketing team additions and oversee the hiring process. 

Job Skills & Qualifications Required
 

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing, sales and/or customer service experience
• At least one year of successful commission based or self employment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer and tech-savvy
   

Preferred

• Knowledge of Consumer Finance or Healthcare office experience
• Web development knowledge

Finance Your Care, Credit Links and Xtreme Marine Financing (our brands) are expanding nationwide by offering Healthcare Providers (ie Cosmetic Surgeons) and Retail Merchants (ie Home Improvement companies and Boat Dealers) a complete financing platform for their clients that are seeking a payment plan to buy their goods and/or services. The pre-qualification technology and Professional Finance Manager support we provide to them is totally FREE (if they use it). The type of patient financing we provide is targeted at elective procedures and those procedures insurance will not cover. Our target market for Merchants would be any Merchant selling goods or services that retail for more than $1500. That could be everything from home improvement companies to boat dealers selling older boats that banks will not normally finance. While you will be responsible for helping us market those areas, your primary responsibility will be helping us market and set up Independent Agencies.  From our marketing efforts and referrals, we receive at least one inquiry a day. So there is no shortage of interest.
