Marketing Manager

Job Summary

As a member of our outstanding pharmacy, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract new potential patients and retain existing ones. In addition, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand and company awareness to nearby providers and healthcare facilities. The marketing should help increase company awareness, inform patients and providers about the products and services offered (what we do), and show how we stand apart from the competition.  

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing plan and create new and innovative ways to present our brand and stand apart from the competition.
• Maintain online and social media presence and create new ways to market on these platforms.
• Create a provider marketing database of providers in the surrounding area
• Meet with providers to discuss our pharmacy, our brand, and what we have to offer to them.
• Develop ways to market our pharmacy and brand to patients
• Organize and coordinate community events to help create brand awareness and pharmacy awareness in the community.
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets and manage the implementation of such assets.
• Create a calendar of marketing events, including product launches, news interaction, blog posts, and other campaigns.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer and tech-savvy
