Qualifications

  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Experience with Shopify (Required), additional experience with Google Analytics also desired.
  • Experience with A/B, multivariate and other forms of web testing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to backup assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to forecast promotional performance and seek ways to enhance on site conversion
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business/technical requirements for analysis purposes.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and make actionable business recommendations. A curious nature with a desire to understand and master new ecommerce techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to manage time, priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Marketing/B2C eCommerce/Brand: 4+ years (Preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in F&B industry is preferred
  • Experience working with syndicated data or category management preferred

Required Skills

  • Experience with Google PPC Ads, CPC,
  • Experience with Google Analytics and aggregating data from multiple sources to inform optimization strategy and to measure performance with KPIs
  • Experience with paid social advertising on the Facebook, and Instagram platforms
  • Experience with Amazon is a plus
  • Experience with SMS marketing is a plus
  • Email marketing, CMCommerce (Campaign Monitor) knowledge is a plus
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to learn and use syndicated data to forecast trends and projections and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activity.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (spreadsheet, word processing, presentations, email)
  • Excellent English and grammar skills - both written and verbal

Summary
The Marketing Manager has the unique and exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of Klatch Coffee’s brand and marketing presence across: Retail (7+ cafe locations), Wholesale, and Ecommerce as we seek to expand our national footprint. One of the primary focuses for this position is Klatch's fastest growing sales channel, eCommerce, this position will seek to drive profitable revenue growth and reach new customers through the klatchcoffee.com platform. This role will leverage best practices and data driven insights to drive sales in the channel, prioritize product assortment, lead promotions, develop performance dashboards, and ultimately provide solutions to all eCommerce business opportunities - all while virtually delivering the hospitality and brand experience that Klatch Coffee is known for to our growing number of eCommerce customers. This position requires knowledge of both eCommerce sales execution and web analytics. The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with various partners as well as an in-house team to drive marketing excellence and efficiency.
Job Description

  • Owns planning, testing and execution of initiatives supporting annual eCommerce financial goals & priorities.
  • Ensures quality control across all brand usage, overall project manager for design and marketing endeavors
  • Oversees eCommerce customer service and assists where needed
  • Identifies and builds new business opportunities for eCommerce channels.
  • Monitors and analyzes the overall health of the eCommerce channel as well as close observation of critical metrics.
  • Maintains core understanding of traffic driving programs and success metrics including SEM, SEO, social, display and email marketing. Partners with the marketing team to optimize programs to deliver on sales goals.
  • Develops and presents regular competitive analysis and audits of eCommerce and analytical standard methodologies; converts insights into new ideas.
  • Applies high-level understanding of back-end functionality, inventory, merchandising, and marketing planning to the eCommerce platform.
  • Maintains daily and weekly dashboards. Identifies traffic trends, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion rates.
  • Provides strategic insights and recommendations to increase site conversion and drive site improvements.
  • Provides monthly/quarterly deep dive analysis of the Ecommerce business. Provides a holistic summary of performance and takeaways that take into consideration all device types,marketing programs, merchandising strategies, and promotions.
  • Coordinates and facilitates product assortment and specific site personalization tests.
  • Owns the maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
  • Supervising the Marketing team, executes customer acquisition and retention efforts (Email, PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Blogs, and more). Maintains & grows customer lists & segmentation.
  • Develops processes and methodologies to automate reporting, where possible.
  • Email marketing campaigns optimized to increase engagement metrics and sales
  • Oversee, write, proofread, and edit content for websites.
  • Manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop clear sales strategy plans that will maximize the SKU listings across all organic platforms.
  • Leads social & digital media efforts including but not limited to, driving social media growth, connecting with more partners and influencers for cross-promotion. (Social currently very video focused, we are on: IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Vimeo)
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Use brand positioning and strategy to maintain and optimize messaging for target audiences and personas across channels (online, in-store and wholesale)
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. 
  • Create and deliver retailer specific presentations for Promotions, Mid-Season updates, etc.
  • Work with outside partners as needed for example with any code development
  • Create systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Problem solver, manage priorities and restraints
  • Supervise and direct management of marketing supplies, spending and budget
  • Source vendors; comparing pricing, requirements
  • Ongoing research as far as trends, competitors
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location: Rancho Cucamong, CA (Open to Hybrid WFH hours)

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
