Marketing Liaison

Job Summary
We are a Home Health and Hospice agency that is currently growing and looking to add an experienced Marketing representative/Community liaison for California. As a Marketing rep/Community liaison you will market Supreme Healthcare Inc. and Supreme Hospice services to physicians, hospital case managers, social workers, skilled nursing managers, assisted living wellness directors and other entities catering to seniors.
 If you have experience maximizing efficiency and orchestrating continuous improvement, we want you to apply for our Marketing Manager position. We are looking for a talented and patient professional who puts communication skills as a priority for his or her marketing approach. You should have a firm understanding of marketing principles.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plan and update it on a monthly basis to remain relevant to changing market trends and requirements.

• Must have at least 1 years or more prior marketing experience within a hospice and home health setting.

  Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact effectively and positively with healthcare professional, patients, peers and management.

  Posses the ability to prioritize and setup weekly route and effectively follow-up on pendings.

  Must have car with current car insurance and valid drivers license

• Bachelor's degree preferred 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer and tech-savvy
