Marketing Internship Description:
 

Provide general support to the Marketing Team by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects relating to marketing, specifically social media, copywriting, and content creation. Interns must have an availability of 10-15 hours per week and should be able to work in-office. We are practicing COVID-19 precautions and social distancing guidelines are in place.
 

Responsibilities (include but aren’t limited to):
 

Social Media

• Respond to social media comments and direct messages

• Friend and message members of Master Chat strategy

• Like and comment on other’s posts to increase social media followers

• Schedule and post content to be released on social media accounts

Copywriting

• Produce professional and well-written copy for video scripts, client emails, blog posts, social media posts, and other outlets as needed

• Excellent command of the English language; grammar skills a must

Content Creation

• Assist with the process of video recording and video editing

• Create graphics for social media posts

Requirements:
 

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik-Tok, YouTube)
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Current enrollment in a related AA or BS degree
