Marketing Director

Title: Marketing Director– SGX301 (US) – contract to full-time

Reports To: VP, Business Development and Strategic Planning

Location: Princeton, NJ
 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Director for SGX301 (synthetic hypericin) will be responsible for all aspects of the U.S. launch plan and marketing plan for SGX301. In addition, the Marketing Director will be responsible for developing a strategy that leverages our proprietary phototherapy combination device in order to maximize sales of SGX301.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing our US marketing strategy and marketing plan for SGX301.
• Communicating the marketing plan internally and externally.
• Leveraging our proprietary phototherapy combination device in order to maximize sales of SGX301.
• Researching current reimbursement in phototherapy market and develop pricing strategies.
• Managing the relationships marketing support vendors.
• Developing promotional pieces.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (degree, license, certification):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Dermatologic Phototherapy sales and/or marketing
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing,
