Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

An Architecture firm located in Red Bank New Jersey is seeking an experienced full time MARKETING COORDINATOR to lead the preparation of the firm’s proposals and marketing materials.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator Job:

• Search websites and databases and Respond to all Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications (RFP & RFQ)
• Prepare and coordinate proposals and presentations from the initial stage to final production and delivery
• Prepare, coordinate and assemble proposals and proposal production including delivery of proposal
• Track submitted proposals
• Coordinate with sub-consultants
• Manage booth, banners, collateral, and promotional items for trade shows including coordination of movers and booth set-up and design
• Create and maintain marketing material (email blasts, ads, project profile sheets, etc.)
• Update and maintain project lists, staff resumes and website content
• Gather and organize photos and data from a variety of sources, including coordination photo shoots with photographer
• Maintain all data and marketing materials
• Research information and report on new potential clients

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS extremely important
• Advance abilities in InDesign
• Excellent writing, proofreading, communication, and ORGANIZATION skills
• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Experience working in the field of Architecture preferred
• Ability to work independently and also as a team player within the office
• Successful candidate must be able to multi task in a challenging, fast paced task & deadline-oriented environment .
• Candidate should also be outgoing with a strong work ethic.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable car and ability to drive to locations when asked
