OneBrand Marketing’s objective is to make its clients successful through the development of unique and targeted direct mail marketing for their small to mid-sized business utilizing various technologies. OBM’s Marketing Consultant handles inbound and outbound sales calls, in addition to electronically communicating with prospective clients to assist them in achieving their business strategies. This position does not involve any cold calling.
Essential Functions:
Consult with clients on best practices and ways to use direct mail to grow their business
Initiate contact and nurture relationships with new client leads
Successfully maneuver the client through the sales process and close the sale
Skills and Experience:
Customer Service experience required
High volume inbound/outbound call experience preferred
Marketing/Advertising/Sales background preferred
Record of achieving sales goals and quotas
General Requirements:
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Well organized and detail oriented
Able to navigate the computer screen, provide written information and speak on phone simultaneously
Outgoing and able to create trust relationships quickly
High School Diploma required, College level education preferred
Technology Requirements:
Proficient in the use of internet research techniques, Microsoft and Google, mail, document creation, spreadsheets, etc.
Able to quickly learn and become proficient with software products specific to OneBrand Marketing’s Sales Team (Salesforce, CRM, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary position, ability to sit for extended periods of time
Capable of lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis
