Marketing Communications Project Manager

Are you an energetic Project Manager with at least three years of experience in Marketing Communications and a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results?

Can you work comfortably with challenging projects and ambiguity, taking a creative approach to solving problems?
 

As a Marketing Communications Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, you will focus on the following:

• Develop, edit, and manage marketing materials, templates, newsletters, various SharePoint portals, websites, LinkedIn pages and other brand assets
• Design and develop illustrations and creative materials
• Support Managers and teams to drive business programs and projects
• Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress
• Manage meetings, keep detailed notes and documentation of all projects
• Manage budget, track project progress, report out
• Create social media tutorials/online courses
• Manage virtual teams to collaborate and create videos, drive social media marketing

Requirements

You have:

• 3+ years of marketing communication experience
• Experience in project/program management
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Excellent communication, writing, design and graphic skills
• Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) and SharePoint, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Strong executive ready PowerPoint presentation development
• Experience in social media marketing including LinkedIn
• Video creation and editing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft internal process and tools is preferred
• Experience with development and delivery of internal training
