Marketing Associate

Marketing Associate needs 1+ years’ marketing, advertising or comparable business experience

Marketing Associate requires:

• 1+ years’ marketing, advertising or comparable business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams),
•  Asana, Salesforce, Dropbox, MailChimp & WordPress
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision. Travel is required.
•  Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to create and adapt marketing materials for different platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).
• Works effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.

Marketing Associate duties:

• Works along-side Marketing Account Manager to develop detailed marketing plans, timelines and tracking of budgets.
• Models a professional and ethical behavior and maintain a professional appearance.
•  Maintains work area in a neat, clean, and organized condition.
• Understands and follows all company and manufacturer’s policies and procedures and assures compliance of all attendance & safety rules and regulations
•  Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and HIPAA protected information.
