Marketing & Social Media Strategist

Design, create, and publish printed and social media content to be shared across channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. Candidate will be the lead editor and publisher of rich, eye-catching and engaging content.

• Social Media and Marketing Strategy Planning
• Create, manage and schedule daily and weekly content calendars
• Create and source visual copy (images, gifs, videos)
• Build dialogues with our community across social media platforms
• Design and deliver social experiences that delight and engage our community
• Identify and build partnerships with brands and influencers
• Stay on top of social media trends and lead the pack
• Provide a summary of user engagement
• Research new marketing strategies

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have an eye for fun, clean and inspiring design
• Original, creative and engaging
• Avid social media user connected to what is trending across all social media platforms
• Journalism experience a plus
• Blogging experience a plus
• Motivated and a self-starter
• Experience with Photoshop a plus
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or other language a major plus
