Manager, Program/Project II

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Project Manager with ten (10) years of full time professional experience in program/project management. Two (2) years of which provided experience managing business operations tasking in the following areas:  • Developing Acquisition Procurement Documentation • Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Financial and Performance Measurement • Process and Productivity Improvements and Change Management • Knowledge Management • Strategic Planning and Policy Services 

Ability to work in conjunction with a Project Engineer and Program Manager on a wide variety of project functions including; preparing program and project plans; developing and tracking project budgets. 

• Bachelor’s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and hold U.S. Secret security clearance

• A Project Management Institute Certification (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP) may be substituted for three (3) years of work experience.
