Maintenance Technician

Immediate hiring opportunities for two great, highly motivated maintenance technicians at a local resort/hotel in the Isle of Palms area. Candidates must posses the following:

• High school diploma
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Maintenance background highly desired, especially from the property management industry
• Be punctual and reliable - No calls no shows not tolerated
• Have a pleasant, team first mentality
• We want professionals who embrace that this is a large organization with huge opportunity to advance into management roles. As such, we seek career-minded individuals.
• Position will involve light maintenance on site, including but limited to: Plumbing, replacing light bulbs, installing appliances, removing trash, painting and other activities as required by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
