Your Day-to-Day
Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
Complete routine maintenance and unit turns
Lead or assist a maintenance team (depending on role)
Ensure compliance with property and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of work performed
What We’re Looking For
HVAC certification (required)
EPA and CPO certifications (preferred)
Previous experience in apartment or facilities maintenance
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid HVAC, EPA, or CPO certification(s)
