Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Qualifications
Knowledgeable of mail receipt/delivery procedures and standard mail room equipment. Must be mature and demonstrate good judgment, decision-making skills and prioritization/delegation skills. Must be professional and have effective communication skills. Knowledge of basic computer skills helpful. Must be able to work well with the public and WMC co-workers. Has a friendly disposition and makes competent use of available resources. Is helpful, pleasant, courteous, accommodating, attentive to detail, patient and tactful.
