QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified, or eligible to become certified, as a NYS Licensed Teaching Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
To carry out the organization of instructional materials as planned and directed by the classroom teacher. To monitor and reinforce skills and concepts previously taught by the teacher in individual or small group learning situations within the educational environment. Supervise students in a Career and Technical Education and/or Special Education program.
SALARY/BENEFITS:
Starting salary $29,459 - $42,859. Competitive pay and benefits based on BOCES Teachers’ Association (BTA) contract.
