Licensed Practical Nurse

The Davis Archway Treatment Center in Emlenton, PA is looking for LPNs ( both FT and PT ).  The primary duties of this position include the following:

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Carry out all duties assigned by Director of Nursing in evaluating, planning, and implementing plans of care.
• Administer injections, distribute medications, take vital signs, collect samples, and assist with other basic medical care tasks.
• Complete insurance reviews and pre-certifications, admissions and discharges.
• Observe and record patient's symptoms, condition, and/or reactions to medications, treatments and report results to charge nurse/supervisor.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
• Maintain professional communications and interactions with clinical and support staff members
