Licensed Leasing Agent who will be the first point of contact for potential tenants in helping them find a new home. Duties include the following but not limited to:

Handles all incoming calls / inquiries from prospective applicants
Responds to guest cards / inquiries from prospective online applicants
Schedule showings to prospective tenants and help navigate the application process
Learn and navigate company system and websites

Texas Property Management and Residential Real Estate Investment Firm. We manage residential single-family homes and multi-family rental investments in Lubbock and the surrounding areas.
