Licensed Esthetician

Clear Skin America is a Hillsboro based day spa that is known for its state of the art skincare and acne treatments. We are expanding and looking for a part-time Esthetician that will eventually go into full time. There will be 2-3 weeks of paid training and working along with our lead esthetician until you feel comfortable with all our different types of facials and acne treatments.

We are looking for a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. 

We expect you to give us at least one weekend day of availability. This position will merge into a full-time position as clientele increases, you will also be getting clientele under the supervision of our lead esthetician. If we can book you full time, we can talk about a bonus after 1 year.

Experienced estheticians preferred but recent grads are all welcome to apply as well :)

Job Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Consulting clients on the different treatment options available to address their concerns
• Selling appropriate products to patients for their home care regimen after procedures
• Checking clients in and out - we expect you to care for patients from the moment they get into the clinic to the moment they leave
• Reception duties when you’re not with a client
• Keeping all treatment rooms and equipment clean at all times

Treatments performed by Estheticians include:

• HydraFacials
• Microdermabrasion
• Acne treatments/extractions
• Different types of facials/peels
• Waxing/brow tints
• Skin consultations

Requirements

• Current state Esthetician’s license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Skill and knowledge in regards to skincare products and cosmetics
• Able to sell products based on clients specific needs
• Paying close attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task well and prioritize work
• We expect you to maintain a professional appearance at all times since you will be representing our company
• Great interpersonal and communications skills to build long term relationships with clientele

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time as more clientele builds. Job will also come with a good amount of active clientele.

Pay Frequency:

• Bi-weekly

Pay Option:

• $20 Hourly plus tips plus bonus
