Legal Intake Specialist

We are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to become a part of our team! The Intake Specialist position requires an individual who is able to pay very close attention to detail and obtain the required information from clients and prospective clients.
 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and screen inquiry calls/emails from prospective clients
• Send sign-up documents to the prospective clients and follow up accordingly
• Collect and process paperwork for new and prospective clients
• Obtain pertinent information to determine prospective client legal needs
• Secure client documentation to support claims

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a law office
• Familiarity with phone call handling/routing
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales and customer service experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
