The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates must be able to work independently and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling a large volume of files, requesting medical records and bills, obtaining insurance information, scheduling, preparing documents, scanning of all documents, filing, and to assist the Paralegal with any other administrative requests. Eligible candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Aderant Total Office is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive compensation package, including great benefits.
