Grounds maintenance responsibilities:

Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns
Weed and mulch landscape beds
Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees
Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted trees and weeds
Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs
Water lawns, landscapes, and gardens
Monitor and maintain plant health
