Position: Loan Officer
Job Summary: Responsible for loan promotion, marketing, maintenance of the existing loans
Major Responsibilities & Duties:
Loan interview with customers, collecting information, structuring loans in a manner that is mutually beneficial to the customer
and organization
Obtaining credit references, verifying the source of collateral and obtaining tax or financial statements on the borrower and any
or all of the parties involved in the loan
Analyzing financial statements, tax returns and other documents to evaluate repayment sources
Underwriting Credit Application
Reviewing applied documents for loan process: Appraisal & ESA Report, Site visitation etc
Loan Closings
Monitoring customer’s repayment activities
Update customer’s financial documents and Annual Loan Review
Monitoring and Controlling the past due loans and problem loans
Managing loan conditions such as insurance, tax and UCC status
Handling loan origination process
Perform other job related duties as necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Min. 3- 5 years recent work experience as a loan officer
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel)
Educational and Licenses:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
