1. POSITION SUMMARY
- Supervises and oversees the HR function with emphasis on continuous improvement in various aspects of operations through employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, training.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of company HR policies, programs that support the requirements of the business strategy to ensure the optimum use of the company’s human resources and contribute to the overall operating income, cash flow and value creation objectives.
- Dedicated to high quality customer service, able to foster teamwork and creates a professional work environment.
- Duties will be general in scope covering a broad range of typical HR activities.
- Responsibilities include Entry level manager with greater scope, complexity and criticality


2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement and maintain effective recruitment systems, performance management systems, compensation and rewards systems and training and development programs.
- Works with management to formulate a succession plan for key positions.
- Develops, implements, and attains departmental performance to budget as well as non-financial objectives that complement the business strategy and goals.
- Provides expert employment and career counseling to ensure satisfied and highly motivated employees and a trusted work environment.
- Builds effective working and communication relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Acts as a catalyst for change while motivating others to support the change.
- Designs, implements and complies with HR programs, services, strategies, policies and initiatives that are responsible to the needs of the organization and integrated with overall group and corporate policies to reduce the company’s exposure to legal or financial claims.
- Develops and implements internal protocols and procedures regarding issues of personnel disputes and
grievances, staff misconduct, and policy infractions.
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Supervise, train, and provide coaching and guidance to HR Staff.


3. WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10~15 Years of experience in Human Resources
- 3 plus years as HR Manager or Director of organizations or functional areas ? Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred


4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality


5. EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law & Psychology or equivalent ? Master’s Degree Preferred
- Related certifications such as (S)PHR, SHRM-(S)CP preferred
