Kennel Assistant

We are a new Small Animal Hospital seeking energetic, motivated and dependable Kennel Assistants to join our knowledgeable, hard-working and very caring team. The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and the highest quality of care to their pets.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning cages.
• Doing laundry.
• Cleaning and maintaining hospital premises - inside and outside.
• Feeding and caring for dogs and cats.
• Bathing dogs and cats.
• Walking dogs.
• Assisting Doctors and Technicians with animal restraint when necessary.

Experience preferred but not required. This is a physical job and candidates must be able to lift 30-40 pounds and stand on their feet for long periods of time.
 

Schedule flexibility is required; must be able to work weekends, holidays and summer.
