What We're Looking For 

Desired Education

• Bachelors in Marketing, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related major
• GPA above a 3.5

• Solid understanding of data analytics 
• Excel skills (such as Pivot tables and functions)
• Solid understanding of basic copywriting
• Solid web copywriting skills

• General data analysis  experience
• Internship/part-time/summer job/ experience 
• Experience of using HTML and Javascript can be useful 
• Customer service experience in any industry 
• Administrator/moderator of a forum or blog (A bonus)

• Need to be analytically and mathematically minded
• Need to be able to handle numbers, statistics and data in order to make improvements to campaigns
• Outstanding written communication skills
• High level of research skills and resourcefulness
• Demonstrates ability to get things done
• Self-learner and independent
• Critical thinking
• Continuously follows up on content placement pitches that weren’t successful the first or second time
• An avid book-reader or content learner
• Organization and time management

• Working under senior digital marketers and supporting them on some of our largest campaigns and client accounts
• Creating digital marketing campaign reports
• Update weekly KPI metrics
• Analyzing competitors’ websites and online marketing initiatives
• Performing A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing
• Perform keyword and audience research
• Run data analysis from existing data and provide analysis
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads and FB ads)
• Setup pixel tracking and analytics
• Client interaction: The Jr. Content Marketer role is not a client-facing position

• Our “Bootcamp” web marketing training program will be provided for new Chatter Buzz  “family members” to learn, grow and develop in and out of the office with the hard skills necessary to be successful in their position.

• Merit-based promotional opportunities are abundant for new family members who meet or exceed position performance metrics. We reward based on your skillset, attitude towards problem solving / growth and contribution. 

• $35,000 to $38,000 (potentially higher based on work experience)
• Potential additional bonus may be offered for GPA's of 3.8+ & graduating with high honors
