Janitor

Part-time

SCHEDULE:

1st shift 8am to 12pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

or

1st shift 8am to 1pm Saturday's and Sunday's

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following but other duties may be assigned;

• Sweeps and mops or vacuums all hallways.

• Cleans all common areas, vacant apartments, parking lots, sidewalks/alleyways, and on-site management offices.

• Insures proper use of equipment, safety procedures, safety equipment in accordance to OSHA, industry manufactures and HHDC standards.

• Maintains proper storage, use and disposal of all hazardous materials and chemicals in accordance to local, state, federal and manufacture guidelines

Salary: $12.00 /hour
