IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• The Client provisioning team is seeking a well-rounded IT candidate to fill a production application support role.
• Expectation is that each production support team member has a deep understanding of each applications functionality/flows, logs, database tables, connection pools and configurations.
• The job entails monitoring and proactively identifying potential issues on the applications
• Troubleshooting production issues, root cause, application administration, automation scripting
• Scripting monitoring/alarming, error handling, reporting, and running maintenance events.
• This is a production support job so some nights and weekends on-call will be required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related work experience in an IT support role.
