Job Requirements:
- Develop and execute strategies for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), including organic and paid search.
- Led the development and execution of all e-Commerce strategies with a focus on driving website conversions.
- Engaged with Sales to build key internal and external partnerships and enhance customer experience, UI, site design, order fulfillment and optimization/ efficiency of online businesses.
- Leveraged e-Commerce tools and technologies to develop and execute an effective e-Commerce strategy.
- Revenue Generation.
- Responsible for the financial performance of the business including setting sales targets, setting the budget, shipping & pricing strategies, fraud mitigation, identifying trends for growth and exceptional customer services.
- Accountable for business performance review: quarterly budget & P&L meetings, alignment with Marketing to drive traffic, vendor negotiations, operational plans to support sales growth, and partnering with IT to meet business needs.
- Partnered with IT technical staff to design and implement solutions.
- Solid Understanding of Technical skills –
- Web applications and programming languages including HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and APIs
- PHP and/or JAVA
- CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, and/or Drupal
- Web libraries and frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, Angular, Polymer, Closure or Backbone
- Understanding of UX, SEO/SEM and accessibility best practices
- Experience with Ajax, XML, XSLT a plus
