IT Business Systems Analyst

Opportunities Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team, if you are forward-thinking, experienced IT professional look no further.

Summary/Objective

Installs, modifies, and updates servers and related equipment. Make recommendations to the IT Manager regarding design issues, upgrades, and security relating to the all networks and servers. Assists the IT Manager in gathering information as needed.

Essentials Functions

1. Monitor and maintain Virtual (VMware) server environment.

2. Assist with network issues and upgrades.

3. Maintain and Manage Microsoft Business Solutions (Navision) ERP System

4. Monitor, maintain, and configure SAN storage.

5. Monitor, maintain, and configure SQL 2014 databases.

6. Provide research as outlined by the IT Manager.

7. Provide recommendations for improvement of all IT systems.

8. Maintain Active Directory users and groups.

9. Maintain and monitor exchange server.

10. Increase efficiencies, technical ability, and interpersonal skills.

11. Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.

12. Complete special projects as requested.

13. Travel to agency locations or other work sites as needed of required.
