Opportunities Inc. is seeking an I.T Analyst to join our team, if you are forward-thinking, experienced IT analyst this role is for you. In this position, you will be prioritizing user requirements, user training and problem solving and researching new tools to enhance efficiencies of department and users-- A keen attention to detail and analytical mind are a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Provides problem resolution and training support to end-users and customers as needed.
· Perform root cause analysis for each issue, coordinating with programmers as necessary.
· Coordinate efforts with other teams and teammates to resolve issues quickly.
· Supports users through additional training, advancement facilitation and use of best practices.
· Manages users, permissions and profiles. Training users on how to appropriately utilize their
computer systems.
· Helps design and write reports and instruction or procedures.
· Develops and maintains system documentation for Navision training, administration and EDI.
· Develops improvement solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
· Validates results by testing programs.
· Participates in the planning and implementation of Navision system upgrades.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art
practices; participating in professional societies or user groups.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
· Travel to agency locations or other work sites as needed or required
