Inventory Specialist

Embark on a pivotal role within our infrastructure deployment strategy, where precision and innovative management of resources fuel our success. The Materials Coordinator is the linchpin in our efforts to ensure the seamless execution of our projects, particularly in the fast-paced realm of telecommunications infrastructure, like WIFI cable laying and fiber optic installation. This dynamic position demands a blend of sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on managing a diverse array of materials critical to our operations.

• Actively manage and oversee a comprehensive inventory specific to telecommunications infrastructure projects, including but not limited to components like splitters, construction essentials, protective casings for electrical systems, and site markers.
• Implement and refine inventory tracking systems on various project sites, each hosting its unique setup, ranging from open lots to compact warehouse facilities.
• Ensure meticulous labeling and strategic allocation of all resources to facilitate accessibility and efficiency on the ground.

• Full-time position, primarily first shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a need for flexibility based on project demands.

• Conduct thorough verifications of stock levels and material identifiers, ensuring a robust audit trail for all equipment and supplies.
• Unpack, categorize, and prepare materials for immediate deployment, contributing to the streamlined progression of project stages.
• Utilize RF handheld devices for precise receiving and tracking of units, maintaining up-to-the-minute inventory accuracy.
• Execute regular cycle counts and engage in detailed audits, aligning with established company protocols to uphold inventory integrity.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as defined by project supervisors, aiming for the collective achievement of project milestones.
