This position is with an Electronics Manufacturing business located in Wilsonville that has been building custom circuit boards and electronic assemblies for over 35+ years to support the technology needs of the medical, agricultural, energy storage, and defense industries. 

The demand for our custom circuit boards is growing and we are seeking an Inventory Accounting Processor to work with our CFO and President.  This position will assist in maintaining our raw materials inventory levels for the manufacturing production processes and be a part of our transition to a new Cloud-based Accounting/Inventory system.

This is a full-time position, with the ability to work-from-home one-day a week with our Cloud-based accounting program after three months of training. 

We're looking for motivated individuals that have technical and accounting aptitude, that thrive on being innovative, with strong attention to detail and great communication skills. Compensation starts at $20-22 per hour Depending-on-Experience and knowledge of the electronics industry, but willing to train the right person in areas with less experience. Excellent opportunity for learning Supply Chain Management skills within the hi-growth electronics industry.

We are offering a $500 hiring bonus after 3 months of employment and a performance raise too!

Responsibilities Include:
- Entering Purchase Orders to Vendors
- Follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders
- Assist the President with component quoting and sourcing for Sales Orders
- Match Sales Order confirmations with available Inventory to assist with our Supply Chain Management
- Receive inventory components/supplies
- Assist with monitoring raw materials Inventory levels
- Manufacturing Kit Pulling and Auditing for Production schedules
- Entering of Vendor Invoices for purchase of components/supplies
- Coordinating the re-order of production/office supplies
- Occasional general office assistance and phone answering

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong data entry and Internet search skills within a Windows operating system
- Experience with an ERP/MRP System for raw materials inventory coordination is a plus
- Experience with SAGE/Peachtree and/or ZarMoney in Accounts Payable and Inventory functions is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Spreadsheets, Word Processing and Email Software in a Cloud-based environment
- Good communication skill, ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task is a must
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to working overtime or extended hours when needed
- College Business Courses and/or 3 years of work experience in the fields of inventory coordination and accounting are preferred

Physical demands:
- Sitting and using a computer and communicating on a phone for long periods (25% phone and 75% computer)
- Ability to work at multiple workstations between production area, inventory area and office
- Ability to go up and down stairs with most of the inventory maintained in an upstairs secured room
- Ability to stoop and lift up to 25 lbs.

Typical full-time hours are 7 am to 3:30 or 4 pm Monday through Friday with 30 min. or 1-hour lunch. However, there's the ability to create a flexible schedule to start and end between the hours of 6am to 5pm, and to pre-schedule longer lunch hours for personal appointments.
