Intensive In- Home Lead Therapist

Thompson is looking for a Licensed or Provisionally Licensed professional to help change the lives of youth and families in our community as an Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Lead. The IIH Team Lead works as the leader of a 3-person team to provide direct and indirect intensive in-home services. Position requires 24/7 coverage, on a rotating basis. The IIH Lead will be responsible for: documentation, supporting other team members, supervision of team member’s interventions, intervening in crisis situations; providing self-help, living skills and parenting skills training to help the family; as well as provide assistance with the implementation of home-based behavioral supports. The position requires someone who is passionate, a self-starter, assertive, disciplined, ethical and a great team player. Full or provisional licensed therapist in the state of NC (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCAS and provisional equivalents will all be considered). Prior experience with youth & families in community based services is strongly preferred.

 Bilingual Required

A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required. No calls please.
