Requirements:
- Prior Sales/Customer Service experience in a related environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Professional, ethical and honest.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) Required.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
- Self-Motivated, and Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Goal-Oriented, and Success Driven.
- Have evidence of obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Responsibilities:
- Excellent strong customer services skills.
- Knowledge of answering customer calls and uses negotiating skills to make a sale.
- Responsible for giving customers quotes that will meet their insurance needs.
- Must set appointments and get customers interested in purchasing our products.
- Must understand and resolve all customer problems when they arise and whenever possible know when to elevate to management or notify customer service.
- Meet weekly appointment goals
- Must review and process all documentation for daily sales before submitting to the underwriting for review.
