Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who will support our insurance agents to enable them reach a high level of production by providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Bilingual. English and Spanish is a must.
• Minimum One year of experience P&C licensed 4-40
• Keeps information updated in the management database system on an ongoing basis to ensure real time information.
• Manages the workflow of client electronic paperwork for the agents. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must have knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment.
