Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) Sales Representative

Job Summary: 

The Insulated Concrete Forms Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales of our ICF products to builders, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals. This position requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is able to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. 
• Identify and target potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 
• Present and demonstrate our ICF products to clients, including product features and benefits. 
• Provide accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and pricing information to clients. 
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and campaigns. 
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote our products. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity. 
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements. 

Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry. 
• Strong understanding of construction industry practices, including building codes, regulations, and standards. 
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 
• Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meet with clients. 
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
