Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years of project coordination experience for information technology projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. 
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. 
• Agile methodology experience
• Burn up/burn down charting experience
• Throughput charting
• Metric charts
• Experience in Jira and Confluence
• Digital background and support of digital (web, mobile, and other digital)projects
• Insurance industry experience
• Experience scheduling meetings
• Updating and completing status reports
• Training
• Team communication

• Experience creating project documentation
• Ability to work off site or remotely through December 2020 (and then work on site starting in January 2021)

Job Description:

• Site:   USA - Columbus - OH
• Scheduling meetings
• Developing documentation
• Updating project documents
• Team communication
• Training
• Handling and coordinating critical project details
• Updating project plans
• Collecting information and validation of information
• Preparing status reports
• Preparing presentations
• Burn up/Burn Down charting
• Throughput charting
• Metric chart development and maintenance
