Job Title: Infor M3 ERP Analyst

Summary

Our client is looking for an onsite Infor M3 ERP analyst. The ideal candidate will perform daily maintenance and support of the ERP system and generate appropriate ERP reports as needed. They will analyze, design, and support the business processes and workflows that are enabled by the ERP system. They will work with the IT team and business stakeholders to identify business challenges, current and future needs, and then translate them into system requirements and solutions. They will act as the primary contact for all ERP support, issue resolutions and enhancements.

Position Focuses

• Maintenance and Implementation of all core M3 ERP modules.
• Support M3 ERP setup, configurations, reports and interfaces.
• Perform data loads, Extracts and migrations as needed.
• Conduct M3 users' training, create SOP's, hold trainings on enhancements and updates.
• Leverage M3 ERP to standardize and optimize Business processes.
• Proactively monitor M3 ERP performance, security and system integrity.
• Review incoming support requests and work towards an appropriate and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience with Infor M3 cloud suite
• 5+ years’ experience in querying SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts.
• Solid experience in manufacturing
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven project management and successful ERP implementation.
• Excellent Customer Service orientation is a MUST.
• Team player
