The Indirect Lending Center Representative supports 1st Franklin branches, new and existing dealers and other personnel with telephone, email, and other channels with assistance using an online system that creates loans during specified hours. This support includes verifying fundamental operation of the computer, Internet access, and Operating Systems (OS)/browsers.
