The Inbound Sales Development Representative for Chatter Buzz (SDR) is an entry to a mid-level sales position and is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities from our inbound inquiries and converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.
Your mission is to provide prospects the most immediate and high-quality first interaction with Chatter Buzz in order to drive great future customers.
As an SDR, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Chatter Buzz could help a business grow, and successfully position the Chatter Buzz value proposition.
In this role, you will be the true embodiment of HubSpot's Inbound methodology. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Navigate service and sales-related inquiries from prospective businesses looking to learn about Chatter Buzz services
Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for Chatter Buzz sales process via phone, video call, and live chat
Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Chatter Buzz
Develop and present proposals along with the customer success specialists
Help remove objections from the prospects and recommend digital marketing best practices
Help small and mid-sized companies realize the potential of digital marketing
Build a target list of potential strategic partners and customers
Use Hubspot Sales and ABM marketing software to connect & engage with potential customers & partners
Use Linkedin to connect with prospects, join groups and update the agency’s brand awareness through consistent posting
Search for RFPs and other bid opportunities
Assist in responding to RFPs along with the sales and leadership team
Represent Chatter Buzz in external events
Contribute to the Chatter Buzz blog every month (write an article)
Work collaboratively with Chatter Buzz marketing, sales, and accounts teams to evolve our customer acquisition and engagement strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally within HubSpot to improve the experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers/users alike

We’re looking for people who have:
Previous successful sales experience in digital marketing OR a strong desire to begin a sales career in digital marketing
Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)
Strong passion in digital marketing and social media marketing
Previous experience using Hubspot Marketing and Sales CRM preferred)

Pay: Competitive base pay plus the ability to earn commissions based on the # of qualified appointments set and/or closed accounts.
